AUSOM Awards Night
Somali Community Inc. is delighted to have held the 2022 Australian Somali (AUSOM) Awards Night. What an incredible evening it was celebrating the COVID-19 heroes including volunteers, leaders and service providers.
Thank you to all our guests and dignitaries including Members of Parliament, councillors, members of Victoria Police, Healthcare Professionals, Mothers, Community Members, Community Leaders, Religious Leaders, youth and more for taking part of the evening.
A special thank you goes to the mothers in our community who have stood by their community always.
As challenging as the past two years have been, it is the above people who have held our community together and we could not thank you all enough for all you do each and every day.
We would also like to thank National Australia Day Council for making this event possible. Thank you also to all our volunteers who have worked hard to put this beautiful evening together.
