Somali Community Leader Farah Warsame wins the Spirit of Moonee Valley Community Award

Somali Community in Victoria would like to congratulate Farah Warsame on receiving the Spirit of Moonee Valley Award for his Contribution to Neighbourhood at the Spirit of Moonee Valley Awards night on Saturday 13th August 2016.
Farah has been a tireless advocate for the Somali-Australian Community spending a lot of his time for the betterment of his community. He has created and has been a key partner in many projects and programs designed for the youth, women and other members of the local community and has made a significant contribution in changing many people’s lives for the better. Contribution to Neighbourhood Award is for persons who have made an outstanding contribution to the appearance, safety, character and well-being of their neighbourhood within the City of Moonee Valley. Well done Farah!
